Nooni juice comes from the amazing nooni fruit. It has been in existence for many centuries, but it has now become more known and widely used in this century. Dr Ralph Shmenky is a researcher from Hawaii who has spent over 45 years in the of study the nooni fruit. He discovered that this fruit contains Consodine which is a very small alkaloid that promotes proper function of the cells in the body.
It also contains Pro-consodine which has a particular enzyme that helps intestines with digestion. It also works to repair damaged cells on a molecular level. Noni, from Hawaii, normally grows in shady forests or sandy and rocky shores. Tahiti is the most prominent growing location. Noni can also be found in the Pacific islands, French Polynesia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and recently the Dominican Republic. The tree plant is tolerant to drought conditions, saline soils and secondary soils.
That is why it is even found in habitats of volcanic terrains. The fruit itself has a pungent odor when ripening. It is referred to as cheese fruit or sometimes as vomit fruit, and it has also been called the starvation fruit. Many people believe and say that Noni juice is very good for their health. It pretty much has been used as a source of alternative medicine. This juice has been taken for fevers, eye problems, asthma and constipation amongst many other ailments. The only problem is that it has not yet been approved by modern scientists.
